SEEDLAND Guangzhou Rose Garden is located in Guangzhou’s Zengcheng District, in the center of the city’s strategic eastward expansion. With a total construction area of about 600,000m2 for the first phase, it enjoys access to the concentrated educational resources of the Licheng area. The project is positioned as a City of the Future, and is leading Guangzhou’s architectural evolution, setting a new standard as a smart metropolitan hotspot in the east of the city.
The south side of the project is connected to Guangshan Highway and Zhonggang Station on Metro Line 21, while shopping districts such as Easco City and Wanda Plaza, where residents can enjoy one-stop shopping for all their daily needs, are within 7km. Meanwhile, Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center’s Zengcheng Branch is only 3km away, providing easy healthcare access for women and children in the community. When it comes to education, a kindergarten with 15 classes is located inside the project, while a middle school with 48 classes and a primary school with 60 classes are also planned less than a kilometer away. In addition, Sanlian Primary School, Licheng Third Middle School and Zengcheng Middle School are located nearby.
SEEDLAND Guangzhou Rose Garden features a scattered layout which forms a landscape of peaks interspersed with greenery. It uses differences in height to ring variety to the structure, providing better privacy and optimizing lighting and ventilation. The building's façade is inspired by the modern arc design of the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, and GRC materials and aluminum plates used in international landmarks are employed to create a unique aesthetic icon for Guangzhou.

More than 160 kinds of flowers and trees have been hand-picked to create the only terraced rice paddy inspired design in Guangzhou, with a customized and multi-functional landscape.
