The hachi auto self-driving commuter vehicle is the first of its kind to be used in communities, solving the "last mile" problem of community travel and providing a safe, comfortable, convenient and eco-friendly commuting experience for users.

The hachi auto self-driving commuter vehicle incorporates cutting-edge industrial design concepts, all of which have passed rigorous design, production, manufacturing, and quality testing. With its ingenious design, hachi auto became the first driverless commuter vehicle to win the 2019 edition of Germany’s prestigious iF Design Award.

The operations team have ensured safe driving through strict measures at multiple level, such as emergency hazard avoidance and safety features for different scenarios, while the vehicle’s status and location are monitored 24 hours by professionally trained concierges. SEEDLAND also works with an insurance company to provide users with the first community self-driving commuter vehicle insurance for added protection.

Now, SEEDLAND residents can bid farewell to waiting times by simply booking the self-driving commuter vehicle in advance using a mobile app. Upon receiving a booking, hachi auto will arrive at the pick-up point and wait. Passengers can enter the vehicle using facial recognition and boarding code verification, and are then driven to their set destination, enjoying peace of mind and comfort throughout their ride.
